I must say, I haven't had a lot of trouble with the NS when I needed to go to Arnhem everyday

the Connexxion train is way worse.
That one comes in at 07:10, has to depart at 07:15 and they say at 07:20:"ow wait, this train is not going! Want to go to Ede-Wageningen? (the stop you need for Arnhem) you will need to wait half an hour...

Don't know. I always have NS trains (when I'm in NL)
I only took ONE Arriva train once, and it was in time. (I think it was called Oostnet at that time)

Here it's sometimes worse. IF a train has a problem of whatever kind, they just cancel it. Easy, but the next is in one hour.

I was so pissed! I had to make an exam once when they cancelled a train. Normally they cancel the train from Amersfoort to Barneveld Centrum...
since there is another one going to Barneveld Centrum in 15 minutes.

so I ran to the train to Rotterdamn, called my classmate in Barneveld to tell her to take the bus to Arnhem, ran my lungs out (with a camping chair on my back) at Utrecht and was just in time in school to make my exam
