yeah nightshift every wednesday now... but atleast I can have some more sleep in the middle of the week.. I think that's a good thing.. although it kind of ruins the day.

frist she was like checking my stands and then she pushed me a bit to show me how I'd be standing straight... I was feeling like I'd gonna fall over

well not really, besides that she figured some stuff about my body and she showed me exercises. Not too hard ones yet though, just to relax the spine

but she's going to show me exercises that are supposed to be more effective than situps

Ik zou toch 's kopen overwegen. Gewoon voor de nieuwsgierigheid 's naar 'n bank stappen, met je loonstrookje, en vragen wat je kan krijgen. (al ben ik er nu wel bang voor dat dat niet veel gaat zijn)
