my mom says in a bit I have to start getting graduation announcements ready

[for those that don't know... they're fancy little cards with my name on it that basically say I'm graduating and when. they're traditionally sent to extended family plus maybe friends... though not parents of other graduates]

sooo like I have to put the cards in the envelopes and address them to who I want to send them to

sooo it's a mostly annoying process... but guess what

traditionally people will sometimes send you money back

like my mom said she apparently got about $800 total

 

[xforeverxmetalx]

though she says I shouldn't expect nearly that much, if anything

since apparently she had these two uncles that were really competitive... and one of them sent her $10, another sent $15 [or something like that]

then the guy who sent $10 found out what the other guy sent, sooo he sent more
then the other guy found out about that too, and sent even more

and that went back and forth apparently for awhile

but anyway... really hope I get at least a decent amount, then I can use it in Europe
