At 3.5 Euros per glass of Becks (bleh) +1 Euro for the plastic glass I kept losing, it could be some really expensive Wacken. Maybe the village will be a better option than the beergarden.

I'm going by train from Eindhoven, last year I brought a rucksack full of booze and more than half of it didn't reach Itzehoe

even less because it is 4 days for me (i arrive on wed night and i go back on sun noon) but i cant spend more.. i've calculated around 10-15€ euros to spend for eating per day and and around 25-30€ for drinking per day

last year I went by train from hilversum... we didn't bring much beer. but the beer we had was pretty much gone when we arrived at wacken.

Good luck! But I have the feeling that you are going to be a little hungry and veeery thirsty. Make sure you go to the village in the mornings to get food and booze, cause with that budget it won't be easy to afford the Becks stands or the beergarden.

I do too. Though I don't like that border. Always customs check near Mönchengladbach

I always buy in the IC train. Cold beer, and an 'acceptable' price.
