you do it with a bunch of people...everyone has a big glass of beer, and shots of sake. you place the sake shots on chopsticks over the beer, and everyone goes "SAKE! SAKE! SAKE! BOOOOOMB!" and on the 'bomb' you slam your fists on the table causing the sake to fall into the beer, then you chug one of my favorite drinking rituals.

Some friends have a drinking ritual where they put Brausepulver in their mouths and then throw Korn on it. It's even more fun with beer
