I think hawaiian would be harder to understand for a foreigner. Or maybe that's because i'm from here, and thus have some bias because i'm used to my own dialect....hmmmmmmmmm.

Yeah, they have their own though. Definitely a difference in white/nonwhite language, and then theres huge variation depending on how far from the coast you were born, and also how far north/southwise you live. california has a lot of rednecks too so yeah got that as well.
