Sindarin is an artificial language developed by J. R. R. Tolkien. In Tolkien's mythos, it was the Elvish language most commonly spoken in Middle-earth in the Third Age. It was the language of the Sindar, those Teleri which had been left behind on the Great Journey of the Elves.

why does it matter?
well I just prefer jewel case CDs, it's just a minor quirk of mine (quirk, not Quark).

well just get the digipack, buy an empty jewel case, and transfer the CD and booklet to it

well I probably will, but put the whole thing in one of those clear sleeves like that which you get on Japanese CDs. (I'm a bit particular with my CD collection)
