well that makes sense then. My Mac at home is over 8 years old and has been so solid and dependable. My wife has been through 3 PCs in the same amount of time.
I also like not worrying about viruses and spyware at all. And those annoying messages that PCs always get about bad or missing files on start up.
mine doesn't have that... maybe I'm lucky.![]()

we've got this annoying anti-virus program that actually noticeably slows down the computer...
and it updates and checks stuff multiple times a day...
sooo like, I'll be sitting here and the computer will be going slower than normal, and then I'll get a pop up that says "spyware scan complete" or something, and then it'll go faster![]()
