The good thing for you is that you're young, single and the dollar is much stronger than it was when I was there this year so go for it! Hopefully the lower fuel cost will help the airfares get lower as well.

yea true, but I'm not going to hope the dollar stays as is or improves... the economy is so unstable, I'm expecting the worst.
and as far as flights, it won't matter... my dad's using Skymiles.
btw he's leaving for Spain in the morning... and when he gets back, we'll get that ticket this coming weekend :]
