they're coming to portugal but i'll not see them because it's too fucking expensive... hero band of the working class my ass!!
metallica i think they could make a great party in wacken, altough i agree with you that will be difficult to bring them because of the demands of the band and the rock star atittude and shits like that.
i still have a big feeling about doro... manowar i just don't know... somehow i'm surprised that a shitty band like machine head comes to wacken and manowar don't. just my opinion...

the new album is good... if this new album was recorded in the 80's everyone would adore it... but it was recorded now. that's the only difference. i can't understand why people don't like this new one really if they like metallica at all. it has some melodies from the ride the lightning, the heavyness of master of puppets and some progressive vein from and justice for all. altough it doesn't have he magic of that albuns, but i still like it and believe me... i wasn't expecting anything good about this new one of metallica. since the black album i didn't like anything of them. one last thing... if the track unforgiven III had another title, people would like the song... just an opinion. and broken, beaten and scarred is one of my favorite songs of them along with the day that never comes... at least is what i feel about.

Yet I fear Iron Maiden effects and frankly speaking, I don't like them. Too many people on the festival area, and in the end, you either wait, or get stuck in the crowd.
