we have two cars. One that uses lots of fuel and one that uses half as much. We need to fueleating one for stuff like transport (hanger). But for everything else we got the other car.

tankless water heaters are also a great idea, if you can afford them...
they heat the water as it goes to your shower, rather than having a tank of hot water. that also means you don't run out of hot water [woohoo ], and you can have several people in your house using it at the same time.

never seen those. We still have a tank and waste lots of oil on that... shit happens

and though it can be a pain in the ass, for big cities it is way cheaper than a car, coz parking is pretty expensive

solar panels are NOT always the cheapest option, but they're a lot better for the environment. and more likely than not, they'll become a lot more affordable over time.
