its really easy
you need to make balls of icecream
put those in the freezer so the get extra hard
then roll them first through the egg white, then through the cocos shavings
put that back in the freezer till they are hard again
and repeat the 2-3 times (you could do this like a day in advance)
then when they are frozen solid again
heat up some fresh oil in a pan
and gently get the cocos ice balls in
get them out as soon the shavings start turn brown get them out and serve warm (good with tropical fruit salad)
