You will have to have your own income, or... AP will have to prove he's able to support you (financially)
Other country, other laws (anderes Land, andere Kuchen), and other habits. That's not the biggest problem of course.
You must change everything you had in Germany. (e.g. drivers licence), you have (at least I do) to carry 2 IDs, health insurance is a big pain in the ass, it's fucking expensive, but you're almost not insured.
The biggest problem is revenue. Unemployed people (regardless where they come from) aren't welcome anywhere.
And of course, you'll always be the "foreigner". But that's the smallest problem of all. You'll find you're much "richer" 'cause you are at a certain time carrying 2 cultures.
Interesting. Sounds like a lot of trouble to go through though.

uhm... I don't need any of that stuff, because I'm not "emigrating" in that sense :/ I'll keep my official living place in germany as long as I'm not employed, in university or in an intership. I wouldn't do a "move" to NL without any perspective before

ok, but so what? Why the hell should that be a problem? I wouldn't even want to be considered dutch only because I lived there. I am geman and I'll remain it for the rest of my life. If people call me "the german" then, why should that be any problem?

I'd probably even be proud of it. Not because I don't like the netherlands or because I think germany is better. Just because I identify with being german.

It's hard to explain. "didn't begin yet" sort of makes it sound like a one-time, instantaneous thing, like you are referring to a specific point in the past. Sorry that is very unclear...."hasn't begun" just sounds right.
