kind of a shame, I want to see his reaction when he finds out I've lately been getting into Manowar

by the way, I thought we all agreed to meat in the 50K thread after Wacken! It's the only way to chat with gnoff!

I do.
most of the time it's just me and him back and forth in there, with the occasional appearance of Quark or someone else![]()
yeah he'll like that.
yeah I know, it's usually empty in there. I miss chatting with him.

not only that, but he'd probably make a big deal out of teasing me for it, because I kept telling him Manowar was crap![]()
you've barely been on at all![]()
My opinion of Manowar is, there's a lot of cheese in their music, but some of it's quite good. in fact some of it's so extremely cheesy (lyrics wise) that it borders on brilliance. (if that makes any sense)
hey, has Smoo been back here since returning home from Europe?
lol yeah. Well I thought that about them for years, minus the Battle Hymns album that is. But lately I've given them more attention and they really kinda grow on you.

well I have logged in and out a bunch of times, after finding no one online.
yea I think so too... main difference is, I used to think it being cheesy was stupid, but now I just find it amusing.
there's also some really cool lyrics though, as in like I Believe and Kingdom Come.
