My opinion of Manowar is, there's a lot of cheese in their music, but some of it's quite good. in fact some of it's so extremely cheesy (lyrics wise) that it borders on brilliance. (if that makes any sense)

yea I think so too... main difference is, I used to think it being cheesy was stupid, but now I just find it amusing.

agreed. There's a song on the latest Cd that has great lyrics, mainly referring to the brotherhood of metal heads. It may seem a bit overboard, but I agree with the lyrics in many ways
