but during the day you still feel pain after long hours right? like you were making some effort during the day...

well mostly it's a matter of how well I slept. I normally put a pillow in my back for sleeping that helps a lot. But if I for example move from the pillow in my sleep, the next day my back will hurt as hell and then I can't do most stuff without trouble, like sitting down, getting up, walking :/ Normally it's more like I can do everything but it's gonna hurt a bit. Also when am doing the same thing for a while like sitting for longer or standing for longer it's gonna hurt badly within a while

it's a serious issue you have... have you tried massages?
