Exodus is releasing Bonded by Blood , with new vocals and shit... I don't know how to feel about that. I LOVE that cd...I like Rob Dukes , the last 2 cd's were good, buuuuuut, messing with a classic could be bad.

agreed, I don't think that it needs to be messed with, remastering, OK but replacing Ballof's vocals, that just seems criminal!

I thought Sam Goody went out of business like 10 years ago...

not here, they're still around, and also known as fye in some areas, though they have closed some stores around the country. We had three here, now just one. They do have a better selection than the other shops. I got the latest Amon Amarth CD there recently, and for $11.99!

A wacken related question for you Adam. Did you see the trailers they were renting out to people ? I saw that on the website & thought it was a good but expensive idea.
I am not a big fan of sleeping on the ground. ( passing out on it is another issue )

I read about those, did not see them, but the camping area is immense and I think those were in a different area, and closer to the stage/music area. But if you can afford it that would be killer. I slept in a small tent and used air mattresses. that helped. The bad part about sleeping in a small tent is when it gets hot, they are almost unbearable to be in.

But honestly, the camping part was better than I imagined, not bad at all. I also used ear plugs when I wanted to sleep. That really helped to dull the noise from the all night party people who are everywhere

And this may sound funny, but I brought my own toilet paper incase the toilets ran out, and I'm glad I did. Not that they ran out, but that paper they use there is NASTY! like using crisp paper towels!
