sooo don't have the thermostat in your house any higher or lower than you need to be comfortable.

my dad always has it lower than you need to be comfortable, but in winter I creep along with thick clothes and a blanket

but like lowering your heating by just 2 degrees will save a lot of money

also, if it's daytime and there's enough lighting through the windows, there's no need to have them on at all.
[personally, I don't ever have the lights in my room on unless it's nighttime and I can't see otherwise.]

yea, I mostly don't use the lamps. Only for the terrariums
