I don't like large sporting events in general...
everyone talks about it, and I really couldn't care less, sooo I don't ever know what's going on.
I rarely watch TV in general... watching sports on TV is even worse

I'm pretty much the opposite when it comes to watching TV in general. I love my TV even when it shows crap 99% of the time. Can't even explain why... maybe It's because I have something to constantly complain over.

When it comes to the olympic games... it's a large sporting event which consists of a shitload of very small and quite interesting sporting events. That's why I like watching them.

actually the metric system makes perfect sense to me, as does Celsius
even more sense than our system, I'd say... I mean everything's in increments of 10, that's nice and simple
but you're right, that would be tricky to play basketball... possible, but harder

just a week ago I went on a ride at Six Flags called Acrophobia... it's a free fall from 200ft
I never got an opportunity to try ice skating :[
but ice is good for eating too

I'm tempted to make several references to the binary system right now but my inner nerd-boy just went to sleep, so I'll refrain from it.

I sometimes make exceptions when it comes to chocolate icecream. Sometimes.

But it doesn't make any difference if you use Farenheit or Celsius. It's just two different kinds of measurement. The amount of "no sense" in it is equal.

true, but in that sense German and English make as much sense as each other, but I'm not sure there's another language where something can simutaneously burn up and down.
