NO it isn't SMAP! SMAP (or in Flemish OMOB) was the insurance company of the Belgian public servers. SMAP being French stood for Societé Mutuelle des Agents Publiques. (if I'm correct) (or Openbare Mutualiteit voor 't Openbaar Bestuur)
