the company likes to have the lunch break in the middle of the work day .. 4 hours of work before and 4 hours after the break

no i dont think so .. i'm not sure.. but they didnt change the timing here as the rest of the world .. so !!!

yeah, but you guys are closer to the equator so I guess you have a less shift in dark vs light hours, and therefor it's not needed as much.
