I saw Heaven & Hell for 3 songs...but it's not my kind of music, so I went.
FRANCE? What the hell? No thanks...too expensive and I hate the french ppl....
And there is the Feuertanzfestival in Nuremberg. More important for me, because my best friend lives in the village.

i don't think is that expensive but with so many good fests in germany i know it's hard to go somewhere else. beside wacken summer brezze seems to be a nice festival...

yo have to know...I live in Germany, and we have a lots of festivals. That's why I don't want to travel far away for a festival. The "farest" festival is Wacken for me, with 850 km. But france?! No way. I know, that I can see this bands in Germany too. And it's cheaper. That's the point. and the other point: French ppl. No one can talk English, or just a bit of them.

Sorry Daniel, but I can't make it to Hellfest anymore. I just ordered tickets for RockHard Open Air, which is a week before (stupid non fixed holidays, it's ascession weekend). 2 Festivals within 2 weeks, I'll get an angry family here. Otherwise I'd have done both. But not on such short notice.that's really bad news Qi don't know yet if i'm going to other fests beside hellfest or wacken. yes i've said that probably this would be the last year but you see... wacken is very special to me... that's why i call it the promised land. i've seen so many special bands there, meet lots of nice ppl, have so much fun during the year that is just hard to let that go you see? it's a very special place to me. so i'm going next year. hellfest i'm going also... it's smaller, but it's a great fest also!

i wish i had the chance to choose from so many great fests in portugal, but i don't have big festivals here... just small underground fests and some days of metal in the urban festivals, and those are fucking expensive just to see 2 or 3 bands... when sometimes one or two of them are big. speaking about english... i would like to try bloodstock. seems to be a nice festival.
