Veggies are good for you, you know? Well the problem is, I'm totally short on Eisen (can't figure out what it is in English). Since I'm in Spain, I don't eat any meat anymore, so yea... broccoli got a lot of it, but I can't have it with milkproducts because Calcium blocks it from being absorbed by the body. Usually I'd just make a milksauce with the broccoli and bake it with cheese :/
