just got back from seeing GREEN JELLY...or....JELLO!!!! as they were originally called. and it kicked ass. i got most of the band members autographs on a limited run complete dvd and cd combo set. so i had to get three of them, one so they could autograph it. one to watch and listen to, and one for my brother. they played all the songs i wanted to hear, and had crazy ass costumes for each song as well!!! it was insane. i got to tell them how bad south dakota sucked, and how i was only able to find the cassette single of their three little pigs and obey the cow god song. they thought that was pretty trippy how south dakota could be like that. they thought i was a pretty crazy person.
the band that opened for them (not counting the 2 other opening bands) was a band formed by gwars slave pit members or followers. and they kicked major fucking ass. all in all, it was an amazing fucking show
