i made something similar recently
chopped up the lamb, cooked it for a bit
then cooked some onions a bit of veg, a few tomatoes, loadsa seasoning and stock - with a tiny bit of yoghurt or cream and curry paste
and simmer the meat and sauce for about an hour

the lamb turn tender and fuckin lovely

...probably why im ill

When i was serving piss it was crap, Cause i hold a "responsible service of alcohol" license, and NT gaming license , we cant drink whilst working due to the australian law.
