the way I see it, people know what they're getting into when they listen to/watch certain things. and if they don't, that's their problem and their responsibility.
and some metal is considered offensive, yea... but who's right is it to say they don't have the freedom to play it? who decides exactly what's offensive and what isn't?

The band is also forbidden to perform any songs from these albums when they play there. Cannibal Corpse live albums and compliation albums are available in Germany in special versions without these songs.
