Well...partly true. A lot of people still think we are doing the right thing. That is the problem with having such a huge country all ruled by one government. Less than half the people can have the power, while the rest are completely pissed off...

Thats why I will always vote for the conservatives. We need to concentrate on devolution - stronger state power, weaker federal power.

I partly agree... there are a lot of people that can't have their say, but strengthening the state alone isn't going to solve that problem. and like you said, there's not much that's holding the country together besides the legal reasons, so I'd say we need to keep the federal power still strong, to keep us together. especially with this recession we're in, plus the war, plus the coming election.
