or get a head unit that takes a usb stick

get a cheap 4gb stick. and then change tracks as you need

or so, today got the head units cheap, also the on with usb slot

at the moment i drive a Ford Fiesta, it's not so easy to get a different radio in there, because of the standard radio panel... you need a special adapter panel
or the navigation package, but that's very expensive, in that case a adapter panel and a cheap mp3/usb radio is much cheaper

But maybe a change the firm in the next 1-2 month, that would change everthing...
