there's medication for a lot of things, you'd be surprised.
what kind of mental stuff, if i may ask?
it's nothing that I can really define. I just can't see sleep as a constructive thing, it's more likely stuck in my mind as a situation of wasting/loosing time. I can't go to sleep when I think I still need to do things, because I think I'd loose time, that is needed. And I sometimes just am afraid of things happening to me faster by sleeping the time away, that keeps me away from it. (But mostly it's the loosing time thing).
it's not healthy, you're right.
it's also possible that your lack of sleep is contributing to the stress. similar things have happened to me, so i kinda know :]
Dunno... I think there is a connection between the lack of sleep and stress. Just dunno, which way round

it goes both ways. i'm almost positive of it.
but i see the problem. i think what you need to do is make sure you have enough time during the day to get what you need to get done, so you can sleep without worrying about it. although i'm guessing it's hard with all your stuff going on.

How can I have enough time during the day, if I am in school until 4pm every day? And then I need another half and hour until I am arriving home. Until I get ready to start anything it's 5pm. No good time to start a day.
