* Cops arrested a police impersonator who flashed a badge in a Jackson Heights bar and asked for sex and drugs, sources said.

Julian Rodriguez, 29, allegedly flashed a shield and introduced himself as a detective to a bartender at the Flamingo bar on Roosevelt Avenue near 85th Street shortly after 10:30 p.m. last Sunday.

He then asked her where he could find sex and drugs. The bartender stepped away and called cops.

When police asked Rodriguez for identification, he turned over a forged resident-alien card, sources said.

When officers slapped cuffs on him, he cried, "Why are you taking me in? All I said was that I'm a cop," court papers revealed.
