I think a second chance is still fair. We have for example one girl in class who's in hospital now in the middle of the exams. Bad luck shouldn't be punished. But with 4 times anyone can have good luck, if he deserves graduating or not

Well in a case like that, they would allow an exception


same as in Uni when i left to go on holiday earlier.. i did my exams 1 week early
