most of the time, at least over the summer, it ends up being that I skip both breakfast and lunch completely, eat dinner at 6pm or so, then get something else at about 2am

No, I think I'll be fine. If you wanna be there to talk to me, you can do so though I have a prenumber which makes me call to the USA for normal price. Did that already with my penpal.
