    they usually release the map about 2 weeks before wacken I think. Haven't heard anything about the cashless system, but since the system isn't cheap I think they'll use it again. Would be a waste of money to not use all the machines. I'm expecting some news about this in the coming weeks as well

    Wednesday you should be ok. I personally like to come on Tuesday so you can have one night to party specifically on the campgrounds. The festival kinda starts on Wednesday, though the organisers don't advertise it that way since not all stages are opened yet.

    there aren't any forced limits on tent sizes as far as I know. Some people bring entire military camps. So I think you'll be fine. But by coming on Thrusday you'll miss out on a lot of fun and you'll probably be very far in the back. Like, your campground isn't even on the official map.
