I thought I remember their making a statement that since Vitek died that they weren't making any more albums after this or weren't entirely sure if they wanted to continue with Decapitated. So no, not disbanded but pretty much seeming at a stand still as far as album production is concerned at least for the next little while. And the point being probably not a band that will be playing at Wacken heh

yeah. they still appear in the lineup of the Death Feast 2008, though (www.deathfeast.de)...but maybe the organizer is just too lazy to fix it.
