Sorry if someone has asked similar questions or something..
Here's the thing:

My little sister (13) and I (16) wants to go to wacken.
I know we need an older person, or one of our parents to go with us.
But I was wondering, if it is okey with our parents, can we go alone?
If we have a letter that proves it's okey for them? And do we have to
get out at midnight?

Second issue:

We're only able to get to wacken the last day.
Now they don't sell one day tickets, and I don't know how much this
costs either.. But it would be awful if we drove all the way to Germany only to find out the one day tickets are sold out.
Is it possible to like.. make them save us tickets or something? hehe..
Are there often tickets left for the last night? How much does this cost?

We really want to go, but we have no idea what to do. :p

I appreciate every reply I get. Thank you!

To be quite blunt

NO in both cases.

If she's just 13 this might get very difficult. With 16 it might be OK but not when she's 13 and you don't have your parents with you. And Wacken is way too big for a 13 year old kid in my opinion.

And, damn, don't you know how expensive this all would be? The tickets alone would be 100 euros, then the travel costs......??? All this for just one day in Wacken? I mean, Wacken is great, but.......that's not worth it.

I know she's young, but I know she wants it just as much as I do.
But there is no way she can get in? At all?

They don't sell one day tickets? Well then I've misunderstood.
I thought I read somewhere that the one day tickets were sold only at wacken.

Well, my family and I are in Denmark at the time, and we wanted to go to Germany all of us, so we thought we could go to wacken. We would have used the money it's going to cost to travel anyway. :]

Why is it better that way?

Oh damn.. Well, then I can agree with you on that. 99 euro is a little too much for just one day..

And thanks for taking the time to help me. :)

Wacken is big.......actually "big" isn't the right word.......it is just enormously HUGE.........and it's quite hard to find your way there for a first-timer anyway. And then with a 13 year old that you'd actually always have to keep an eye on...I believe you if you say she really wants to go there and perhaps she's intelligent and everything, but it's just a very...extreme situation for such a young girl... It's just better (and more legal :p) if you wait until she's 16 as well - or just take one or both of your parents with you. But this would mean 300 euros for one day. You'd better go to Wacken for example next year with your parents and then the full three days. :D THIS is worth every euro and I guess even your parents would have fun.

Yeah, I saw the pictures of the festival area. It is huge.

I suppose you're right.
Hm.. you asks for advice when you know the truth, but don't like it. :p

We won't get to go next year either. The only reason why we could have gone this year was because we actually were going to Germany.

Well well, thanks for your time.
And to those of you who get to go; I hope you have a great time. ^^
