Apart from the vocabulary, I can't even hear the difference between a French or a French speaking Belgian/Swiss/Luxemburger! All the same for me, even though I've been living in French speaking Belgium for 7 years by now!
Par contre, the difference between a Flemish and Dutch are too obvious for me!
