and a few hours later:

"Dear visitors, due to heavy storm, the programme is delayed. Our 2nd stage (B.Bursac stage) will start soon, however our Main stage will have a delay due to heavy rain.
We are expecting another storm, so please keep yourself safe at all times and obey the instructions of our security personnel! We will keep you informed about the situation."


I hope we won't be getting these kind of messages at wacken.

my standby end friday. so I'll have the weekend and monday off. but I'll use those to buy some last minute stuff and pack everything I need.

"As we're getting more and more questions regarding the weather and the conditions of the campground, here are some general informations:

Right now it's not looking too good, looks like we're gonna have a little mud-party ! We did build some "roads" but are not sure how long they're gonna last.
PLEASE DON'T COME TODAY !!! Campground opens wednesday morning !!! We will have some difficulties getting all cars on the ground, so please drive on the camping area only ONCE when you arrive, and next time when you leave home. No extra shopping tour rides or whatever, which will ruin the ground even more. Do your shopping BEFORE you come to the festival area ! There'll be lots of parking places who can be entered directly from the street, but for big caravans it's gonna get difficult.

Advice from the police:
Please keep emergency roads clear at any time (watch out for the parking signs, tow away zone / Abschleppzone)! If not your car will be towed away !!!

Help us to make it as easy as possible for everyone please !!! Thank you !!!"
