I'm having vacation and somehow I manage to sleep less

neither do I, but a lot of people that come for the first time and are from the other side of the world come on thursday, because it isn't very obvious that you could come earlier unless you know already.

I arrived on Wednesday morning last year and I know I can come much earlier but I have some work commitments which don't allow me to travel earlier (We don't get the glorious 3-week vacations that most northern Europeans get). But I was hooked after last year and I didn't want to skip the festival altogether, so Thursday morning it is!

Over here those glorious 3 weeks are actually 4 weeks by law, but most people have 5 weeks of vacation every year.

I live in Singapore, not North Korea, lol.

We have 5-day work weeks like most others (and 12 public holidays a year). 16 is just the number of paid vacation days that we get.

Yeah like ap said, party. I haven't gone to Wacken on tuesday before so I haven't actually experienced it before.
