Another new day for you?

Haha, yeah! I had a bit of an adventure this morning. My boss wanted to meet with me today to discuss my substantive role, but she works at a different location. Long story short, Google gave me wrong directions on how to get there, so I got very lost in suburbia before a colleague came and picked me up from the bus station (from where I got off). Walking to my office after that meeting, I thought it was such a wonderful day (dry, sunny, not too hot) to be outside, and I wondered why I had to be stuck in a badly air conditioned office

The ice cream truck is coming next to the building I live in in 30 minutes and I'm thinking I wanna go but I've never bought anything from an ice cream truck.. It's scary

disclaimers don't work for me. cigaret packages clearly state "smoking kills" and yet I managed to get addicted to it 3 times.
though I haven't smoked anything since October.

When I started to smoke the packages didn´t even warn you about anything, I think. At least no big text/pic. Not that it would have mattered anyway.

I'll go to the doctor on friday again. they did say my liver was slightly fatty. but I guess I'll ask for some liver tests and than we'll see whatever they think.

could also be that it's just my bowels that are irritated by something. but my first guess goes to my liver honestly.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you. Hopefully it´s just a small thing that can be easily fixed or managed.

I´m with you on this. And we can add youtube videos to this list too. I hate it when I don´t have time to watch everything the same day they air and then someone spoils it to me.

There was just a little part warning about its consequences at that time. So small, I couldn't read it. Nowadays, it's big, trilingual here (and by chance also in Luxemburg) telling me smoking kills. Too little too late.
