I really want to watch episode 7 of season 3, but it's already after 1:15am

Difficult to say. I know some parts they changed a little or left out, but it worked for TV. At the same time, I've found the series to be a difficult read; not just the language but the number of characters and complexity of the story. I guess it's no surprise that many times I saw words on a page instead of actually reading them. I think I missed or forgot some really important stuff too

Damn, getting up at 7 on a Saturday is quite hard.
Same here. My body clock is set to sleep in mode on Friday nights, no matter what
Even Saturday nights I don't often sleep for that long.
