2 Tickets - Pickup from London only

I have 2 x Ticket W:O:A - 3 Days ALL-IN, 01.08.2013 Wacken (150,00 EUR).
For now I only want to meet up in person somewhere in London, England to exchange the tickets for cash.
I just want what I paid for them myself.
2 x Ticket W:O:A - 3 Days ALL-IN, 01.08.2013 Wacken (150,00 EUR)
1 x Versandkosten (Credit Card) (12,00 EUR)
Summe: 312,00
312.00 EUR = 263.863 GBP

So I'll say £263 cash for both tickets.
