just eat stuff that has no calories in it, like vegetables![]()
I think the only vegetables that could have cured this hunger include pumpkin and potatoes. I tried the whole healthy eating thing yesterday and ended up eating a small bag of grapes, which did nothing...then I had cake...cos you know - once you're eaten your quota of "serves" of healthy food for the day, the only thing left to eat is junk food

Anyway I settled with hibiscus tea and a piece of toast considering I plan on going to bed a little later. So far so good
