Kind of a huge pain, because the software glitched. So I'm on tech support via chat, which has already taken at least an hour - half that just getting someone (despite being told I was third in line), and the other half is them being the slowest person on the face of the planet. In that half hour, all I've done is given them my name, zip code, and key code for the software. I'd almost be better off watching the grass grow. No exaggeration.
