In other news, so far today's been one of the worst I've had in awhile.

First the issue with school. Then at work, one of my coworkers is apparently in a bad mood and was useless today. We had a ton of DVDs to put up, and even though she's supposed to be over the wireless department, she stayed in the movies area for the majority of the day. While I'm drowning under customers who needed help. She never even looked over to see if things were busy.

Best part was when someone wanted to reverse their phone upgrade. I'd never done it before, but figured it couldn't be much different from what I did know. It wasn't, but I got hung up on the company a few times and the whole process ended up taking about an hour - well beyond my lunch time, and even beyond the 6-hr limit we have to take our lunches in. The entire time, she was nowhere to be found. It was her job to do the whole thing. I don't mind doing wireless, I actually prefer it, but she didn't even make an appearance. Sales walked out the door. I ended up telling a customer to grab her, because otherwise she'd be waiting awhile.

Oh, and when I had to ask her about something I wasn't sure about, she yelled at me for not going to lunch yet.
