Hahaha Queenslanders tend to do a similar thing. I sometimes wonder how I could convert the ESL speakers at work from saying stuff like "He went to the shop, isn't it?" to "He went to the shop, hey?" just so they stop making those grammatical errors all the time

In the same area where I picked you up last year.

If I lived in Brussels I could say FQL, and if I were in Eupen/St. Vith I'd have to say DZS (Deutsch Zweite Sprache). At least never a N2T. (Nederlands 2e Taal)
