Fuck I had a piss shit day today. I became so furious with a colleage that I was shaking with anger and later started to feel physically sick. I couldn't bring up the issue I had with them in person because the only scenario I could imagine was punching them in the face...which is of course against the Code of Conduct. My boss and a fellow colleage all sympathised and we all had a bitch-fest.

I swear to God if anyone had agreed to come with me I would have come this close to walking down to the local pub for a pint or two during my lunch break.
