I guess I should start from the very beginning and I can't remember if I already said this yesterday so here goes...

Had to pick my mum up from bingo yesterday because her back was hurting so bad that she couldn't drive home.

This morning I was up before 6am as per usual to get ready for work. Mum must have heard me and I heard her shouting "HELP HELP". I found her slumped over the bathtub in her ensuite with blood all over the floor. She was conscious at this point but not able to move, so I had to call an ambulance. Anyway so I called dad to tell him what happened as she was being carted out to the ambulance wagon. Somehow I managed to get completely ready for work in half the time I would normally allow and that included letting out the chickens and feeding them.

When I got to the hospital it wasn't long before my dad arrived and we stayed with her for a while. We had a brief discussion and decided that I'd go to work and claim lost hours on family leave.

Anyway so she was back at home when I got home. She's ok I guess, and I think I handled the whole situation really well.

Holy crap! that is not a way in which I would ever like to have to start my day. I hope she is feeling better now.

How is it so busy today? I really don't get it. Is is Christmas? I swear...

We're beyond overwhelmed today, in stark contrast to last week where we were bored from having nothing to do. I don't get it.

People getting last minute things for Valentine's day probably ;) I will have to do that tonight. My step-son's bio mom just informed us that we have to pick up valentines for his friends at daycare because she didn't.

Accounting test over. I think that went alright. Next Wednesday is a massive test day - one test and two quizzes. Got a lot of studying to do.

I'll probably just make a bunch of these things:

That was one theory, but I don't see why that would bring them to electronics. Unless people buy TVs and contract phones for V-day now.:D

Nice. :D

The other day at work I saw these flower shaped lollipops. I personally think flowers are the dumbest gift ever (at least to me) but if a guy got that lollipop (or rather, multiple) for me I'd think it's cute. :D

Oh how I don't miss university! lol

:p I'll survive. I've got some catching up to do since I'm having a hard time paying attention in class. Probably has to do with the fact I have five of them in a row. Normally I don't have to study beyond looking over it once or twice to memorize things that need to be memorized.
