Ermm..keep your goat away from flowers then you don't have this problem. It's not the animal's fault - it is the owners responsibility to keep the goat away from things

In germany there are casualty insurances for animals, like dogs or other. As the owner is responsible for his/her animal, he is also responsible for any damage even if the damage was not caused by the animal directly.
For example, let's say one of my dogs goes all crazy about some cowsand barks at them or chases them down the meadow. The cows then panic and break through the fence and flee onto a street, causing an accident. the whole damage from the accident, the damage to the cow, the fence etc. would be the fault of the dog's owner.
In German law terms it would be referred to as property damage. I think it depends on law systems that it's reffered to as theft in Australia.

Usually I only like and show stuff which cannot really embarass me. Anyway most of my stuff is only visible to friends.
