Als je banen wilt gaan creëren, dan moet je geld (durven) uitgeven. Investeren heet dat. Anders wordt 't niks, gaan mensen minder geld uitgeven, dalen de (overheids-)inkomsten, wordt er dus bezuinigd, nog minder investeringen, nog minder inkomsten en dus nóg meer bezuinigen. (en daarbij nog: de overheidsuitgaven stijgen ook! Immers, meer mensen hebben geen werk, moeten wel voorzien worden)

Bedrijven en consumenten houden nu massaal de hand op de knip!

If you want to create jobs, you have to (dare to) spend money!
To invest it's called. Otherwise it'll become nothing. People will make less money, will spend less and (public) revenues will go down. Result: austerities, even less spending thus less revenues and more austerities. (And public spending will rise, due to unemployment benefit)

We're all fooked - seriously.. I don't understand how most reasonably intelligent citizens can see what's about to happen and we all know how to fix it and yet the governments seem to have no idea. Drives me nuts! In the US right now they are completely incapable of doing anything together because one party refuses to cooperate with the other and so by not cooperating they are going to basically turn themselves into Greece within about 5 years due to the massive cuts that they will be forced to do at the end of the month which will bring austerity measures in and cost the average family about $4000 extra dollars per year..That's INSANE. Especially given that most of the middle class people are barely able to scrape by as it is. I don't even know what the unemployed people are going to have to do.
