Sun causes wrinkles and skin cancer. I only recently just started going out and my bf does not go out a lot either because his eyes are really light sensitive.

I've got photofobia (not the mental but the physical part), meaning I do not support (bright) ligth at all.
It's all part of acromatopsie actually. It also involves being (completely) colourblind and reduced vision.

The secret is to eat enough, really.. most people try to 'diet' and cut way too much so they end up miserable and always hungry.

That sucks. my bf has bad eyes as well but I don't think its caused by sun.
