It's the reason I have to pay attention during the hospital meetings every week Admin meetings...I try to pay attention but usually all I hear is blahblahblahblahblahblahblah. On Monday we're having a troll admin Christmas party where it's a "bring a plate" deal as well as being subjected to a 4 hour meeting

Well there are no computers in the room and I think he figures that it will make sure we are paying attention. Also we are not allowed to have out phones turned on - he gets really annoyed if one goes off.

nah not that... the test is so they can make a trainingsschedule. But the fact that I haven't done any excercise for the last 3 years, I smoke and I'm overweight won't help. And everthough I know these facts it's always crappy to hear it out of someone elses mouth...

4 hours..omfg I would die. At least you get food out of it though!

Oh yeah..I can understand that. But that's their job so I am sure they have seen many people in worse condition and it's good that you are doing something NOW instead of waiting another few years when you would be even worse right?

The first hospital I worked at, all of our admin meetings were chaired by the business manager and he would write all the notes, type them up later and we'd read over them and confirm the minutes before starting the next meeting. At this one the chair asks for a volunteer and although I often cannot make it to admin meetings due to my work commitments, when the question is asked most of us (especially me) divert our eyes to the wall/floor

I have to do the minutes for the ward notes, but most of the time it's stimulating/interesting/educational. On more than one occasion I have joked that by the time I'm of retiring age I could get my PhD in medicine
